Cynthia F. Gutierrez LCSW
Hi, I’m Cynthia Gutierrez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker—and I’m truly glad you’re here.
My passion lies in supporting individuals through one of life’s most profound transitions: the journey into parenthood. I specialize in perinatal mental health, working with clients who are navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, and everything in between. Whether you're preparing to conceive, coping with loss, or adjusting to life with a newborn, you don’t have to go through it alone.
As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where you can feel fully seen and understood—especially in your native language. I understand the complexities of this season of life not just professionally, but personally as a mother myself. This lived experience helps me connect deeply with the emotional highs and lows that come with trying to conceive, carrying a child, and becoming a parent.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe in honoring your story, your strengths, and your pace. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, birth trauma, grief, identity shifts, or relationship changes, my goal is to walk beside you with care and intention.
Therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation—and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
